3 rooms Villa have 4 beds but not suitable for fiends more likely for one family ,only 2 bathrooms,small sitting area 2 couches

The villa is clean and spacious, ideal for families.

Breakfast was varied but there were some spoiled foods that we couldn't eat there.

Overall, I found the hotel to be very beautiful and exceptionally clean, with staff who were truly welcoming and professional. I sincerely appreciate the high standard of service provided.However, I would like to share some constructive feedback regarding the breakfast. While it offers a variety of options, the quality of Arabic dishes was not up to expectations. For Arab guests, it would be a great improvement to include more authentic and flavorful Arabic cuisine. I believe enhancing this aspect will make the overall guest experience even better

I ordered room service for dinner and the food was a bit dissapointing. Made a complaint, then the manager came knocking

I would like to express my strong dissatisfaction with the Room Dining service. Not only was the service below standard in terms of quality and delay, but I also experienced unprofessional behavior from the staff. The calls are often ended abruptly, and when someone finally answers, they simply say, ‘I will tell them to call you,’ with no follow-up or resolution. This is very frustrating and reflects a lack of coordination and guest care.

The location is great

They charge me for two bottles of water that were missed in the room during the check out, and to get out from the hotel in rush to catch my flight in Jakarta, I had to pay them for it more than 200k IDR. If they clean the rooms, I am sure they will find it.

Room view and hotel facilities were very good. Breakfast was excellent.

They changed me 200,000 IDR instead of 170,000 IDR which was in my booking.com meal plan.

The hotel has a nice location, with many good facilities.It is a little bit far away from anything else, so arrange for a car for your extra activities.The staff is amazing, everything is very good, the views, the services... etc.

I preferred a wider range of plates in the restaurant, especially on the open buffet day.

I love this hotel. Kudos to the professional but friendly hotel staff. I also love the hotel room and the view from our balcony. The restaurant, the view from the lobby, the facilities, the pine forest, the club huis, the lake house, the mini golf course, the mini zoo.... They were all superb!

The location was great! Betonica hotel was awesome

Persona villas were too consumed and old. Too dark at night. Smell not good at all. I upgraded to Betonica hotel it was new and awesome. I paired the difference to a family sweet. Please mind the stairs if you have kids less that 4 yrs old

Lots of food choices for breakfast. Most of the food taste good and fresh. The view was breathtaking especially during nice weather.

Need to wait long time for my luggage to got deliver into my room. The other guest beside me got offer for welcome drink, which i didn't.

We came to reach the hotel from Bandung via Cianjur and we were not aware for lane closure on Saturday due to holiday season. No driving direction was given by the hotel to anticipate the traffic. We were stuck at Puncak Pass after Melrimba for 3 hours waiting for the lane closure lifted at 13:00. Upon arrival at the hotel, no welcome drink was provided and check-in was not so great mostly due to stress due to traffic.Baby cot was not provided even though we have requested online and after many attempts to call the receptionist, it was delivered to our room.The location was great in the valley of beautiful mount Pangrango but not many nature type experiences offered by the hotel.

Cleanliness, view and parking for drivers

Families with children come in and when they are in the hallways or in their rooms they talk a lot and we can't sleep until they fall asleep.

Stayed in the villa and it was equipped quite well. Food was fantastic (breakfast). It was easy to get someone to send the buggy to and fro. Friendly staff throughout the whole stay.

The package didn't include breakfast and had to pay an additional amount for it. Hot water didn't run through the whole night.

The hotel is up to standards, has good room, excellent breakfast. The staff is very polite.

The location is in remote area, to go to the life area you need to hire a car with driver (by yourself through online). Or to go somewhere you still need a hired car. Blue bird does not operate in this area. There is no restaurants or cafes to eat around. So depend on hotel food all the time. Hotel is up on the hills, its good for newly weds from GCC, or good for families with kids to enjoy the pool, mountain cool wetaher..
